Liked: Definitely the pool dirty but beautiful, except for one, all staff was amazing. OMG, THE BREAKFAST it's wonderful 5 star!!
Disliked: No makeup remover supplies.

All in all, happy with...

Liked: The room was big enough and the bed was comfortable
Disliked: Room Cleaning could be better, repositioning toilette and wiping work desks etc. The woman at the front desk during the morning, 7am, was not very helpful or friendly when checking in. We new that we were early, but she didn’t even offer a smile or the option of leaving luggage until check in time. The rest of the front desk help were very nice, especially the guy in the afternoon.

Disliked: One of the staff was incoherent and didn’t have enough knowledge of there job. However, one of the staff members saved her and fixed all the issues

Disliked: I didn't like the way they did check in I did send a email that if I was able to check in earlier than 3:00 p.m. they did let me know they will try to accommodate when I got there the lady said there were three people ahead of me and want me to check back at 2:00 my husband alone went to do a few things I didn't come back until 2:47 I went up to the counter and the lady let me know that I still had to wait until 3:00 no problem we just sat in the lobby at 3:02 I went back up to the front desk a man told me if you were here to check you and just hold on a second we have these other people which he was holding papers me and another lady were talking that said this is a ridiculous way to check in not saying I will never stay at this hotel again because I would it's a beautiful hotel but check in procedure it needs to change
