Liked: Close proximity to the theatre and the restaurants we dined in. Close to the waterfront.
Disliked: The restaurant was not open.

Very nice staff; very nice room. Expensive.

Liked: The bed and pillows.
Disliked: We were supposedly on a quiet floor. It was anything but. Kids running around screaming, yelling, slamming doors.

Liked: Good value, good breakefast slection and cleanliness.
Disliked: When checking out I requested a receipt to see what incidentals were charged on my credit card and a breakdown of my bill. I was handed a very vague receipt that showed only one charge. After asking for a more retailed break down, the front desk cashier #135 had a serious attitude towards me and told me my charges will settle in 3 or 4 days later. She then looked at her monitor, ignored me and didn't thank me for staying at their establishment. Not sure why its so hard for customer service personel can not utter the words "Thank you" these days.
