Nice hotel, great staff, but...
Liked: Everything was clean and the service was great!
Disliked: The walls are too thin, I was woken up first by one neighbor struggling to open the door at 2 am and then again at 4am by another neighbor having a conversation on the phone till 6am.

Liked: Central location. 5 min drive to the mall. Nice view from our room which was facing the golf course. (Many other rooms face the courtyard)
Disliked: Easy resolution of issues delayed due to incompetent staff. Aged property showing wear and tear in need of maintenance. Outside the restaurant located adjacent to the lobby, there is a sign that says " food served in this area may contain chemicals known to cause cancer in the state of California"

It was a great location...
Liked: The property was close to all locations that we wanted to visit.
Disliked: We were charged $25 a day for parking and $100 per day for deposit. Both things we were not expecting. The facility was older.

Liked: Nice and beautiful.Pool was heated and warm to swim.Breakfast was good.
Disliked: A scammer called our room around 1030pm. And told us we gotta give our card info to them over the phone because there's been some mistake when they held the deposit for the room. And said they will give us 30% extra for the inconvenience. Me and my husband and I said we would just go down the lobby and check in with the front desk ourselves. Thankfully, we did. Cause he was a scammer. He was calling the lobby downstairs when we got there, too, and the employees notified us that it's been weeks since the gentleman has access to call straight to the phone for each room. If this had been going on for weeks, it would have been nice to be notified ahead of time when we checked in. We were sleeping when this phone call came in, and now we can't even go to sleep thinking someone is watching our room.
