Liked: Friendly staff. We had a room upgrade and it was beautiful - big, clean, separate sofa/coffee pod area, slipper bath in the bedroom area. Clean and modern rooms. Lovely rainfall shower. Breakfast was fab too.

Liked: The staff were extremely courteous and lovely especially the Manager Michael, Aleena and May. The breakfast buffet was good with excellent service from Ranjan and Shruv who were so very helpful. Thank you

Liked: The Manager was the rock start .He had dinner reservations set up for us and as it was our anniversary he had a bottle of champagne sent up .thank you to the hotel staff

Liked: All the members of staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel itself was obviously an historic building which had been sympathetically modernised to incorporate all that would have been apparent when the hotel was originally constructed.We had dinner in the hotel dining room on Thursday evening. The food was of a very fine quality and reasonably priced.Breakfast was extensive and was as expected.
