The stay was enjoyable. I...

Liked: The hotel interior is beautiful. Located in a safe area. Very clean. Friendly staff. Minor issue when we got to our room but housekeeping took care of it!
Disliked: Hard to locate the entrance leading to the property. The access road is by way of a side street before you reach Sam’s Club.

Enjoyable stay, clean room but...

Liked: The room itself was clean and comfortable. The hotel is old, dated, shows major signs of disrepair. The front desk staff, one person in particular (older woman with a hint of UK accent) would not honor the room with breakfast booking that we booked through Booking.com. She basically blew us off. However, there was a wonderful young woman, Olivia, in the Restaurant that got the attention of the General Manager, who fixed the issue for just one morning.
Disliked: Older hotel, need major renovations, better front desk staff or retraining. Get the breakfast situation with Booking.com corrected.

Liked: Breakfast was lovely.Gentlman working at hostess stand was attentive and professional.
Disliked: Boy working front desk didn't tell me any information.Where the pool is located or even the hours of operation..Housekeeping knocked to clean at 8:30 a.m check out is at 11 I felt like was a bit early.
