Liked: one of best position at queenstown, nearby town center, easy to eat out, shopping and tourist attraction. valet parking very nice and professional. breakfast rich enough…
Disliked: air conditioning too dry which caused our throat burning at morning and not workable when balcony door loose, hot water in bath room not stable.

Liked: The location is great 👍, the room was big, with a big lovely balcony. The service was fantastic. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast buffet was full of good food. You can even order your own omelet.
Disliked: The carpet's colour looks a bit too dark.

Older Hotel In a Great...

Liked: Hotel was right in the heart of Queenstown. The Lakeview Room had a great view of the lake and mountains.The majority of the staff from check-in to housekeeping were really friendly and accommodating.Restaurant food, both breakfasts and dinner were great.
Disliked: We moved from a Lakeview to Mountainview room and the second room was quite dated. The balcony was pretty filthy and was level with a road outside with a lot of noisy people walking past at all hours.Also, at breakfast on the Saturday morning it seemed that a restaurant manager was doing staff reviews at the entrance desk. We could hear him berating a staff member quite severely. The restaurant wasn’t crowded at that time but it was still a little embarrassing to the customers and the staff member. Maybe these matters could be taken care of in an office.Apart from that, all the staff members were really friendly and helpful.
