Liked: Great location, right at the edge of the town centre where is it not so busy but near enough. Staff were warm and welcoming. We booked the hotel 10 mins before arriving because another hotel couldn’t take our car’s height. No problem at all at Crowne, and staff were ready to welcome us when we arrived. 10/10 would recommend!

Liked: The location was great and the room was quite nice. If you’re driving, it’s not too far to walk into the centre of Queenstown from here, and it’s also very close to the lakeside.
Disliked: Parking at the property requires handing over your car key to the staff, as they are the ones who park the car for you. They keep the key during your stay, which means if you need to access your car or go out again, you have to ask them in advance to retrieve it. I found this arrangement quite inconvenient, especially since there was no clear mention of it when booking. It’s really not ideal for guests who need to drive in and out frequently — I even had to bring down all my luggage at once.
