Hotel needs upgrades, not worth...

Liked: Clean, friendly staff.
Disliked: Sink was clogged. For the mney paid the room should have been much nicer, the pool was very small and the workout room needs a universal machine.

Liked: We love this property.! We stay there any time we are in the area. Clean, great staff and the restaurant is good.
Disliked: Fire alarms going off at 9:30 pm. A/C was not up to par but they fixed it by 12 midnight. A welcome relief!

A nice surprise in Warwick

Liked: The room was very large, and nicely decorated. The shower was excellent and there was a separate area with a sink and a makeup prep area with a magnifying mirror. Everything was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The fitness center was very good too, with adequate a/c on a hot day.

Liked: Everyone tried to be helpful. Alfred's Bar was excellent. The use of a computer was important.
Disliked: The inroom shower was dangerous. My wife warned me after she showered that it was very slippery. When I showered I came close to falling more than once. It is otherwise a good shower. It needs non-slip strips on the floor. Truly dangerous.
