Liked: Size bed and room
Disliked: Not being able to pay cash for accommodation therefore taking back a four figure sum back to the UK dollars not enough help at breakfast time one lady working very hard Michelle trying to accommodate 30 people for their breakfast orders we were on floor four which was supposed to be a quiet area But had screaming children running up and down the corridor in the evening during the day they had a security guard there to make sure things were quiet but as soon as he went home all hell let loose regarding children’s behaviour and also had to complain about next door‘s guest as they were trying to open the interconnecting door

Quick, overnight stay on way...

Liked: room, towels, bed, pillows, heat/cool, toiletries, shower temperature, refrigerator on and cold, noise control /walls good, friendly front desk.
Disliked: Booking.com was supposed to be 1 room King and 1 room queen/doubles and we got 2 Kings, so I called ahead of time to correct, but when got there wasn't corrected, but the manager made it happen.

Pleasant

Liked: Had a restaurant on premises.
Disliked: Staff did not control the teenagers roaming around the corridors and lobbies, and then they pulled the fire alarm and the whole building had to be evacuated.

Incident free and reasonably priced...

Liked: Check out was quick and easy. Parking area was spacious and reasonably lit, so I did not have to worry about the safety of my car.Small refrigerator in the room kept our fruit and water cool.
Disliked: Room HVAC unit was louder than I would have desired. Fortunately we were all tired from our long drive, so we fell asleep quite easily.
