Exceptional

Liked: Nice hotel in convenient location. Given an ADA room - loved the extra space though bathroom was a bit awkward
Disliked: $10 fee for parking. Lot was mostly empty. Fee is simply a money grab because they can - something most hotels hve been doing since pandemic

Liked: Location, elegant decor, friendly staff and excellent service
Disliked: It is a little concerning how slick the shower floor is. I put a hand towel down for traction. A tubmatt would be a nice addition

Disliked: I was placed on the busy side of the hotel road noise and mechanic ventilation noise

Liked: Very friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms
Disliked: We booked specifically for the hot tub and we had no way of knowing both the pool and hot tub were temporarily closed. Also, some light surface mold above the shower on the paint should be cleaned,

Liked: The location was great, upon walking in, the entrance is beautiful & large & you're greeted with folks smiling & willing to help. They gave me early checkin which was much appreciated, They offer a 24 hr market on the main floor if you need anything
Disliked: I don't believe the room I was in had been vacuumed, I found items on the floor that were not mine, so that would be a recommendation, also the shower stall had a slimy surface that could cause a fall, another person staying there mentioned to me the same

Liked: The room was clean and very attractive. Breakfast was amazing.
Disliked: there was no microwave and I had to ask for one, they said they would try but don't usually include micro's in rooms, only suites. However, they did find one and delivered it to my room. they charged $75 for pet fee, :-(

Liked: cleaned my room daily
Disliked: Parking - the lot was just OK and the parking was at a cost and it should be free in this area

Liked: An excellent location (near an exit on I-5 and a variety of restaurants).
Disliked: I asked for a quiet room & was assigned one with noisy neighbors. There was only one phone in the room--far from the bed--and it DID NOT WORK. Partially disabled & traveling without a cell, I could not call for room service or a wake-up call.
