Amazing Hotel great location

Liked: Totally amazing stay best hotel we have stayed in for many years!Contacted hotel before visit due to an injury and could not get in and out of a bath Hotel reception staff were superb We were moved to a room with a walk i shower and a stunning view over the HooeBed was huge! Superking at leastBathroom has Hand wash,Hand cream,shower gel,shampoo and conditionerRoom spotless!!!Breakfast buffet style and OMG it was brilliant so well stocked and choice and quality was best we have had ever and it is served up in the Penthouse of hotel stunning views while you eatStaff all over the hotel friendly and very very professionalThe Hotel is in a great location easy walk to main shopping and a lovely walk over the Hooe down to the BarbicanWhere there are quaint shops and many places to eat!Overall highly recommend the Hotel
Disliked: Marco Pierre resturant is the only food option and not for everyoneNeeds to do normal bar food serviceNot just room serviceWe ate out everynight!!Car park is very very tight we have a mini and HGV driver husband so all good but anything bigger is not easy but overflow carpark over the road Not a lot of parking on streets near by

Great location wonderful view poor...

Liked: Excellent location,comfortable bed ,wonderful view as requested.Friendly helpful staff.
Disliked: The bedroom was enormous, at least 14/15 metres long, but the bathroom having a sink, toilet and shower was 1 1/2 metres square at most.The proportions were ridiculous, and the design nonsensical.Added to which the showers was fixed at a great height, as was the basin.

Liked: Good location. The room was a very good size and the bed was comfortable. A good selection for breakfast. We liked that there was a gym and a pool.

Liked: The location and views are amazing. Breakfast was delicious and a big selection to choose from. I stayed as i was on business will definitely stay again and try the restaurant for dinner.
