Pleasant experience

Liked: Room and swimming pool
Disliked: When we checked in, the fire alarm was going off. I was very concerned as no one knew the emergency procedure at that time. Suggest training for all staff.

Excellent Service

Liked: We were staying for one night, on our way to Cornwall. The hotel could not provide the room we had booked (sea view) but offered an excellent alternative room and to compensate us have is offered free breakfasts and free parking. This was very much appreciated and the breakfast in the penthouse was lovely.
Disliked: Nothing
