Rooms very spacious, clean and comfortable. Had a little trouble trying to open the door to the room, but the staff was great and very helpful - gave us a free breakfast coupon for the inconvenience of the door not working properly. Yhe light rail is right there. Couldn't ask for a better weekend. Thanks Crowne Plaza.

Clean , convenient hotel to...

Liked: Close to the Airport
Disliked: Not sure why the deposit is so high. There is nothing in your room and no gift shops etc. Deposit should only be 50.00.

It was good except for...

Liked: I forgot an Item I called and let them know when I would be back from the trip and the staff kept my item safe and returned to me as I left it. thank you
Disliked: There was a cockroach in my bed and the staff was kind enough to change our room.. I was a bit nurvous about it and really counld not sleep well that night.

Disliked: For such a large hotel, dinner was served in the fairly small cocktail lounge. Don't know if this seasonal scheduling. I did see the very attractive dining room used for breakfast and lunch.

I'd stay again

Liked: The Crowne Plaza is a very nice, elegant hotel. My room was very comfortable. However it was rather dark- not enough lighting. The floor lamp couldn't be moved to where I needed to use it. The food in the bar-grill was very good with a limited but nice selection. The servers and staff at the hotel and in the bar-grill were exceptionally helpful and personable.
Disliked: As mentioned above better lighting with USB ports.
