Crowne Plaza Phoenix Airport - PHX

Rooms very spacious, clean and comfortable. Had a little trouble trying to open the door to the room, but the staff was great and very helpful - gave us a free breakfast coupon for the inconvenience of the door not working properly. Yhe light rail is right there. Couldn't ask for a better weekend. Thanks Crowne Plaza.

Disliked: Open bed coverings and found black hair on sheets. Had them bring in clean bedding and remake bed.Then we could not turn on TV.Someone stole the cord.They fixed it.Really frustrated at the time it took to call and the time to fix the above.They offered $50.00 off the bill.For being grossed out with the dirty bed and loss of hours of TV, we thought that was not much for a ruined night. We stay in Phoenix 2 -3 times a year as we live in S. Arizona and travel a lot. We will stay at the Hilton Garden now only.

Disliked: Very bad smell in room, blue flashing light in AC kept us awake, most uncomfortable bed ever, vomit on the lobby rug I brought to front desk person’s attention and he seemed unconcerned. For $220 a night I expect better.

Liked: The front desk was so helpful in getting us checked in and giving us directions to return our rental car as we had an early morning flight. The beds were very comfortable and finally a pillow that was great - not hard as a rock. Amenities in the room were plentiful. Would highly recommend this hote.
