Liked: The staff at this hotel was amazing. They were all friendly, accommodating, and helpful.
Disliked: Several things that will make me not return to this location:1. No laundry facilities on site2. Took away breakfast buffet included in our contract rate with the Event Connect (my room had breakfast but no one else on the team got it)3. The sliding door does not lock to the bathroom. That makes it difficult for privacy especially if you are staying in a room with people that are not family

Disliked: First of all, the room next to us turned on the music very loud not sure was a party there at 10:00pm already. We called the receptionist, and they said would ask someone to come and check. We waited 20 minutes but it still nothing changed until we went to the lobby asked them to change the room, our room was two queen beds but they gave us one king bed, we have two adults and one kid that was uncomfortable! Morning, we went to the breakfast and they said we need a breakfast card to go in, I am 100% sure I paid my breakfast when I booked the hotel in booking. com, I am not sure what is the problem here. I went to the receptionist again and I told her I paid the breakfast and she said my room doesn’t include breakfast! And ask me give her proof I paid the breakfast! Is that how you treat your customers??? If I didn’t pay that why do I ask for it??? I really disappointed and I won’t come back again and never!!!
