Outdated and not client oriented...

Liked: nice location close to downtown Perthquiet locationmain lobby apart from old furniture
Disliked: Outdated rooms, furniture and floorsmainly with one exception very unfriendly staffparking procedure very time consumingat 9.05 pm it was not possible to get a coffee after a dinner, (Perth is a large city and not a small rural villageat 9.30 pm all the lights were turned off in the restaurant to kick out the remaining guests!!!

Neat and Sweet little room...

Liked: The room was close to the CBD and very neat and tidy.
Disliked: There were only 2 towels.

I would definitely stay here...

Liked: We had a late night flight from Perth and the staff were really helpful in directing us to hotel facilities we could use to help fill the day, storing (and unstoring) our luggage, and ensuring we were comfortable. The gym is big enough to manage a decent workout and there is a free laundry for guests with very clean machines, and complementary powder. Amazing!
Disliked: It was all fantastic. Although, I gotta say that the TV is not intuitive but we worked it out in the end. They had free to air channels and you can login to your own subscriptions.

Liked: Everything, perfect room and service for the price point
Disliked: Limited dining/beverage options close to the rooms. They were all around the other towers
