Not pleasant!!

Liked: It was a good location
Disliked: The smell of smoke and marijuana was disturbing. I was on the 3rd floor and you could smell weed so strongly the minute you walked off the elevator. The noise from guests in the middle of the night was awful! It was the worst night sleep I have had in a long time! NOT KID FRIENDLY ENVIRONMENT!!! I am not someone who usually writes reviews, but I want other families staying with children to know what may be allowed at this hotel.

1st choice to chill- relax...

Liked: This was just the perfect Stay as you arrive and not quite settled in or didn’t get a car yet, literally everything is walking distance! so perfect 😍 and don’t get me started on the receptionists Zuhmalia-zuhara ( sorry) if that’s not the correct name and Donna, the sweetest ladies everrrrr! if they were to hold the place ferever , ppl will be coming back from their sweetness and kindness with the travelers! they make you feel that they know you or your one of your friends! and to me they are 🫶🏻 literally I extended my stay bcz of their wonderful treatment before we moved to another water park resort for the kids !
Disliked: teeny tiny thing- there wasn’t a washing station on the site we had to go across the road to their sister hotel to do our laundry but all is good !👍🏼

Liked: Amazing this was my extended stay by the way! as I said from the minute you enter the hotel you just fall in love with everything!
Disliked: as I mentioned in the first review, the credit card machine in the market doesn’t work properly and when you wanna pay cash they don’t have sometimes change…. so have smaller bills on you 😅

Liked: Staff was great. Friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: The room was not cleaned thoroughly, bus times need more options on pick up and drop off at parks and do not order the bang bang cauliflower. You'll get a few pieces of uncooked cauliflower with a little sauce and a ton of lettuce for $13. 100% NOT WORTH IT. haha
