The hotel was nice but...

Liked: The staff was very friendly. The facilities appeared new and clean. The gym and pool were a nice feature.
Disliked: House keeping did not clean our room one day. The hotel ran out of towels and consistently did not bring us enough towels. We did not have enough coffee, soap and shampoos in the room when we arrived. The room does not come with a microwave like it says. There is only a shower which made bathing with a toddler difficult.

Disliked: No type of breakfast or complimentary bottle water. Other hotels have this and a bag breakfast with cereal,fruit cup,yogurt and a danish. You might consider this especially with elderly people who have to take medicine.

Liked: Room was nice reserved a deluxe king but they supposedly said to be upgraded but still in deluxe king never upgraded. Staff that we saw was pleasant.
Disliked: Took about an hour to check in, a gentleman while we were waiting jumped in front of us to get his room, clerk said nothing, was given drink vouchers to use but by the time we got to our room and settled everything was closed. The remainder of the week nothing in the hotel was open. Very disappointed. One person at front desk. Bellman did nothing to assist people with luggage only taking returned carts and pointing out the paid parking ramp that is free to public but stated guest will pay 9$ per night. Why do guest pay for parking when it?s free

Liked: I LIKE HOW FAST THEY MOVED ME OUT THAT EXTREMELY NASTY ROOM...I DID LIKE THAT
Disliked: THE COUCH HAD WHAT LOOKED VERY VERY MUCH LIKE CUM STANS.... I MEAN EXTREMELY NOTICEABLE STANS....HOW THE HOUSE KEEPING MISSED IT I HAVE NO CLUE BUT IT WAS EXTREMELY DISGUSTING...SO WE HAD TO MOVE INTO ANOTHER ROOM AND FILE A COMPLAINT BUT OTHER THEN THAT THE SECOND ROOM WAS NICE
