Overall, the stay, restaurant, location,...

Liked: Majority of service staff were great; they were friendly, attentive, responsive and welcoming. The restaurant, food, and restaurant staff were amazing.
Disliked: The bathroom inside the room had many small spiders, in which the service staff and myself had to clear away the spider webs and spiders daily. I opted to remain in the same room throughout my stay because of the location of the room and many bus groups were also staying at the same location. I was informed, as I checked out, that based on the location of the room, being on the river side, and the time of year, it was not a surprise for the insects to be in the bathroom.
