Líquid eggs out of a carton, Frozen pizza, warm canned soup...Its just awful.7th floor carpet was of a grayish dirty color, smell of damp cat everywhere. Price Is deceitful the hotel, charges once you aré there aré more thank announced in the platform.between taxes AND extra charges It s more than 150 dóllars extra for 2 nights,for a room with a View on the parking,better be honest don t lure the customers and announce the real prices

Disliked: I just found out that Crowne Plaza just bought this property during my stay. When I booked my hotel - in the website should change the statement CLEARLY parking FEES apply in the beginning instead of parking availability and in the bottom may apply. I have no problem paying the parking fees but it will be fair in the future for other customer to know these and added when booking. ALSO, only one Elevator was working and one of the staff said the other elevator has been out of service for few months. This is very inconvenience and the elevator size would not fit Paramedic stretcher inside the elevator not wheel chair. Garbage pile up where the bonfire causing flies and bees around it. Swimming Pool was murky water so we did not bother to swim. I paid for the prize for Crowne Plaza hotel but did not experience it.
