Disliked: Not informed about facilities for example pool area on arrival.

Pleasant

Liked: Hotel was lovely, rooms were clean. Staff in restaurant brilliant.
Disliked: Despite asking in advance if a booking was required for access to pool, on arrival we went to go swimming to be told there would be a 2 hours wait. We waited over 3 hours to be allowed access. On accessing pool, changing rooms were dirty, there was a large family with a number of children who were being allowed to be thrown in pool splashing those around. There was a baby with them, the babys nappy was removed and left lying directly on of of the loungers, the baby was then allowed on pool naked with no swim nappy. Staff witnessed this and did nothing about it. When checking out I did report to reception who said a manager would be in touch but has not been. We also had to call reception at midnight the same evening due to children running around corridors shouting with no adults.

Disliked: Rather unfriendly stuff on the reception desk I found a cigarette and on my bedroom floor and there was blood and other filth on the bedroom wall. The room in general was not very clean

Liked: Everything was exceptional honestly perfect staff were amazing esp one in particular a lady called Alex at reception she is a credit to your hotel so friendly and helpful made us and our daughter feel so welcome and comfortable interacted really well with our daughter and set the break off to a great start
