Overall it was good

Liked: The room had great big windows with a great view and we enjoyed the swimming pool
Disliked: There was an early check in fee of £20 which I wasn’t aware of as when I requested this through booking it said nothing about a fee and gave the impression that we could check in early if the room was ready and if not we couldn’t nothing about paying for it

Disliked: Price of food, incident occurred in the men’s changing rooms where a glass partition in the showers collapsed injuring a child.

We stayed over the bank...

Liked: It was central to the town but couldn’t any noise or the traffic as the hotel is behind the station. Hotel was clean and pleasant.
