Disliked: The first room, the clerk gave me… Was completely opposite of what I requested. I asked to be away from an elevator. The key was a different type and didn’t work. She told me that it was my fault. The second room stunk of cigarettes smoke. The third room, the key didn’t work they had to send the staff to come and get me in. The restaurant staff… The bartender was loud obnoxious and Foul. The waiter at breakfast was kind and accommodating. Overall, it was just a horrible experience. I asked for iced coffee at the hostess stand, and she told me I could get coffee in the lobby. I asked for a cup of ice and she told me there was an ice machine on the second floor, which turned out it was broken. I came back to Newark a month later, and I stated a different property. I won’t ever come back to this one again

Liked: Located with easy access to the airport and good parking. However difficult to locate entrance to the facility.
Disliked: Overall disappointing. Not good value. Will not stay again.
