Great stay.

Liked: It was clean, has a restaurant and shuttle. The restaurant has great service and delicious food.
Disliked: The water temperature in the shower is not consistent. Also the shuttle driver is not the most pleasant. He needs to work on his customer service skills.

Disliked: The Filipino aged lady is rude. It looks like she does not like the job she’s doing or she’s not trained on customer service. When asked if the breakfast is included, she mentioned check your confirmation email.Then she suggested to call booking.com as they aren’t liable.When asked we are not from the United States and do not have a cell with roaming. She mentioned if it’s not in the email, it’s not included rudely.I would call booking.com from the office phone and find out if the customer is confident to have booked the room with the breakfast instead of evading the customer.

Bare minimum

Liked: The free shuttle to Newark and that it's so close to the airport.
Disliked: The hotel itself is unapologetically old, feels unsafe and dirty. The water heater didn't work, there was no other amenities besides body soap and shampoo. It's super basic, enough just for a night. Lights in the room didn't work well either which didn't help.
