Very good

Liked: Location for the old town, good room and an excellent breakfast.
Disliked: There are lots of leaflets about Montpellier but no map of the city you can take with you. Might be worth considering and have them in different languages.

Liked: Great location, 10mn walk to the centre.
Disliked: Wi-Fi was very poor

Comfortable room and near to...

Liked: Comfortable room - maybe a comfier chair is needed rather than having to sit on the bed for comfort
Disliked: Everything was fine - however bacon was very overcooked at breakfast on the Thursday morning !

Staff does what is best...

Liked: Maid walked into room without knocking in the morning, to check when she could clean the room. We arrived at 2:30pm front desk told they would not check if the room was ready until 3:00pm.

Horrible customer service and filthy...

Liked: Well first of all , when we arrived , we were informed that the hotel???? did not have a bellman to assist your guests with the luggage , unfortunately my wife hurt her back while she was helping me with all our luggage. We had to get a cart go outside and remove the luggage from our rental car then put it in a storage room for 45 minutes, could not check in until after three pm, the young lady at the desk until 3 was very nice , I think she worked until 3, but then we had to deal with guy that was a jackass, he informed me that they did not have a bellman or anyone to help us with the luggage and I told him I have traveled all over the world and never stayed in a hotel without a bellman and he told me that he had worked in several 4 star hotels in Paris and none of them had bellman which is bullshit , because I have stayed in many hotels in Paris and they all had bellmen and customer service . Then I asked for a room with a view and he days that it was impossible! But worst of all was how filthy and abused the room was ! The duvet covers for the bed were no longer white, dirty, and the upholstery around the base of the beds were torn and the carpet was filthy ! Breakfast was included but my wife and I decided to not eat breakfast or drink coffee because the room was so filthy ! We got up this morning and left asap ! I would never stay at one of your hotels ever again !!!
