Liked: Great location, clean room, nice beds
Disliked: There are only glasses - not windows so we couldn ´t open the windows.

Liked: Good location, friendly stuff, cheap parking.
Disliked: The restaurant was overpriced compared to other radisson hotels and the service took over an hour for a very simple lunch.

Liked: Helpful staff, bed was super comfy- all the usual bits and pieces in the room. Pool lovely but got very crowded in the late afternoon- no sun beds available
Disliked: The shower in room was very poor- didn't stay on the wall, so hand held over bath. Would expect much better than this

Liked: For the second time this year we have experienced issues with the room.The last time we had a suite. We had booked months before for three people to include our 10 year old.We arrived to the room at around 7.30pm.Upon entering the room the sofa bed was not made.I called reception and they said they would get housekeeping to deal with it whilst we were at the restaurant.Upon returning around 9.30pm still no change.Called reception again who suggested we make it ourselves as housekeeping had left or that three of us sleep in 1 bed.When I stated that was not acceptable the receptionist appeared at the door with bedding to make the bed.I was then advised that upon checkout in the morning I should speak with manager about compensation.As we had to leave at 7am the receptionist on duty stated that the manager was not available until 7.30am and would call or email me to discuss.At the time of writing I have not heard from them.

Great location, good clean and...

Liked: Loved the secure underground car park and big spaces. The room was lovely and clean the bathroom was brill with a nice walk in shower. The staff were really friendly and spoke good English. Good location a short walk to the center
Disliked: Only 1 small bottle of water in the room for both of us. The ice machine didn’t work and had to go to the bar to get ice they wouldn’t give me more than 4 cubes of ice.
