Very good hotel, selection of...

Liked: 1) The spacious and clean room,2) All personel of the reception, breakfast and restaurant and cleaning were very nice and good,3) The nearness of Metro station Sondrio (about 3 mtrs.),4) About 10 minutes walk from and to Milan Central Station,5) We had diner and my wife choose pasta and it was too salty, the waiter didn't charged the pasta, we left a good tip instead.
Disliked: There's really nothing that comes to mind that is negative! Only positive feedback!

Clean, friendly and helpful.

Liked: Wonderful transport link into the centre of Milan. Staff were very helpful and even upgraded our room. The reception staff and doorman both were helpful in helping us find our way on the metro. The room was clean and comfortable

Liked: I spend 6 days in Crowne Plaza Milan City the room was clean well the bed was healthy and good the coffee corner was good the receptionists Eleonora and Alessandro were helpful thanks alot Crowne Plaza Milan City. I will stay in your hotel again everytime I visit Milan

Convenient and reasonably priced

Liked: Walking distance from the railway station and only five stops on underground (which was right next door) to Duomo.
