The stay was great. The room was good, I have no complaint with the service. The only thing I wasn'€™t satisfied with is no place was allowed for a corporate rate or AARP discounts and when I asked about it at the desk they could not do anything about it because they said you had already received your pay when I booked it. If anything can be done about it I would appreciate it very much.

You get what you pay...

Liked: Overall the room was ok for a three star hotel. Was relatively inexpensive and was refunded my deposit fairly quick.
Disliked: For our two night stay the cleaning services did not stop by our room and breakfast being $20 per person, per day is kinda expensive. Also when arriving at the room the peephole almost fell off the door and the bathroom door didn't close properly without slamming.

Good base for the City

Liked: Free shuttle but often not available. They really need two.
Disliked: Expensive parking.Breakfast limited and expensive.Took two days tp get our TV remote reprogramed so we could watch TV.

Liked: The location itself because it was close to Beale St.
Disliked: There was no free parking, we had to pay each day we were there. There also was no microwave in the room
