Crowne Plaza Memphis Downtown By IHG

The stay was great. The room was good, I have no complaint with the service. The only thing I wasn'€™t satisfied with is no place was allowed for a corporate rate or AARP discounts and when I asked about it at the desk they could not do anything about it because they said you had already received your pay when I booked it. If anything can be done about it I would appreciate it very much.

Liked: that it was in the circle of a lot of attractions
Disliked: no microwave refrigerator wasn't plugged in or the fact that we travel to stay at a hotel and still was charged to park isn't cool

Disliked: Not crazy about paying for the parking but everything else was great

Disliked: It’s a little tired and they charge for parking.

Disliked: The bed was not the most comfortable to me.
