Liked: The location is very near to everything to Southbank and spencer st is very walk distance and the city view are amazing and bed are very clean and comfortable.
Disliked: the only thing i didn't like is the access to the room and street. you have to take lift to level 3 then other lift to the rooms if you have pram or wheelchair is little confusing. and the street access also little confusing

Liked: The rooms were clean and the bed was fantastic stayed in room 514. Room as clean and spacious. Bottled water in the fridge would have been nice. would have liked the option to pick the room with a city view. We are from rural Victoria and would have liked to have the city views
Disliked: There was no bottle water in the fridge just tap water.
