Liked: The staff were extremely helpful and friendly - room service was fast and extremely professional - the room was exceptional- we had the best time Crowne was situated perfectly to what we needed
Disliked: Nothing - it was a perfect stay

Liked: Loved the view, and the cleanliness of the entire hotel, also loved the buffet breakfast

Nice relaxing stay

Liked: Loved the view, the big king size bed and the delicious Buffett breakfast.

Very disappointed

Liked: Was in a prime location in the city
Disliked: We had lot of bags. Nobody offered to help so we had to carry everything on our own. The room was very small. The bed bases were moving around so you cannot sit up on bed having your back against the wall. The pillows kept falling between the wall and the bed base. The room didn’t have a tv remote. Bathroom only had very few amenities. Staff at Otto restaurant was horrible. They ask us to sit on a sofa and eat saying they do not have any tables left. We refused and said we will wait. The waiter said it will be a 30 minutes wait. 2 minutes later another person came and given us a table. It was available all along as well as the table next to it. while we were having breakfast, staff were moving chairs in and out from our table (there were 2 extra chairs) without even talking to us or excusing. They would simply take away the plates without even asking whether you have finished. Well below the standard for a 4.5 star hotel.

Disliked: Disappointed we were not able to cancel breakfast even though 24 hours notice .
