Excellent location, staff , facilities...

Liked: Location was central to everything. Bed was extremely comfy. Views of the city/ river from our room were excellent. Staff were happy to help in any way they could.

Liked: The cost of breakfast was ridiculous, our room wasn't cleaned properly luckily we went back to our room at 2pm she was just finishing l had to call her back to redo our room ie sheet changed as the night we arrived the doona cover had marks over it, she didn't clean around where the coffee machine was the floor wasn't vacuumed and having to login to our own Netflix was unexpectable for the price we paid our stay was not worth it.
Disliked: The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.
