We had an excellent stay here. Very comfortable beds; great room service; front desk was great. Could not ask for a better stay.

Disliked: Staff was very cold. Very poor maintenance. Rooms were noise. Small. Shower was bad.

Liked: Location, access to beach, other amenities, cleanliness, and staff courtesy.
Disliked: Only one restaurant on site.

Liked: Everything. Beach party was a great success
Disliked: No wash cloths. Asked the maid service 3 times to leave wash cloths and they kept saying there were none. Fire alarm went off at 530 in the morning and had to call front desk and was told false alarm. Lack of communication

Liked: The location is perfect, not only because you’re on the beach but you are right off the highway and it’s easy to get places. There are plenty of restaurants near by. The hotel was clean, beautiful, and comfortable. The room was a great size, bed was super comfortable, and smelled good. The balcony was a huge plus, I loved sitting out looking at the ocean.
Disliked: The hallway had a rancid fish smell the whole week, but thankfully not our room. The restaurant is great, but no gluten free alternatives. Only thing I could eat at the hotel due to my gluten allergies was breakfast.
