Absolutely appalling would never return

Liked: The staff were appalling the facilities were not what we expected the location was dreadful you could not walk anyway and I said he wouldn't rate it as a four star hotel definitely three maximum never would I return or use any of that companies hotels ever again a blind booking.com for not giving the correct information nothing about the hotel was redeeming and I'm very sad that I chose it
Disliked: The staff are appalling especially in the restaurant area and the spa the spa was only open at certain times for the children overall it was a terrible experience

Liked: The staff are lovely. Everybody was polite, friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The hotel is in an industrial estate. The mattress had a huge dip in it and the bedding quality wasn't great.

Disliked: Trying to swim with our 13 year old son. Being forced to book via an app and not being able to swim when we wanted to even though the pool was not busy.
