I was so sick, (voice gone etc) when I arrived in reception; greeted by your lovely receptionist gave me a lift. All staff were very pleasant and obliging.

Liked: Check in; food; pillows were very comfy.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. We loved the breakfast. There was plenty of choice and the hot food was well cooked.

Liked: The staff, the food and the comfortable room.
Disliked: It was a little dark for us. A brighter light would be good.

Liked: Our second visit to the hotel and it was excellent again.Located near the tram station, lots of local pubs and restaurants.
Disliked: Restaurant at breakfast was too hot but the whole food experience was amazing.

Liked: The room was amazing. The location was fab. The service was brill. The cleaner was so lovely and polite. So were the people in the lounge room. And the bar. Just so kind and sweet.
Disliked: It wasn’t that I didn’t like it, but I’ve stayed in other Crowne plazas where the lounge area is just better in general. More choice. Quicker service. Better views. I saw someone slip a waiter in there on Friday night just gone £20 and ask if he could keep serving them a bit longer which he agreed to but we were sort of rushed out which reallyPut us off but we know not every Crowne plaza would do that.
