I was so sick, (voice gone etc) when I arrived in reception; greeted by your lovely receptionist gave me a lift. All staff were very pleasant and obliging.

Liked: Check in; food; pillows were very comfy.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. We loved the breakfast. There was plenty of choice and the hot food was well cooked.

Liked: The staff, the food and the comfortable room.
Disliked: It was a little dark for us. A brighter light would be good.

Exceptional

Great place for stay in...

Liked: We stayed for one night and didn't have breakfast. The location was great, the linked charge reduction with the APCOA secure car park worked really well. The room and hotel were spotless. The reception staff were pleasant and helpful. Great view from the floor to ceiling windows.
Disliked: No bedside unit at one side of the bed. The shower leaked at the join between the hose and the shower head. The larger flush button on the toilet did not work. These were reported to reception on checkout.

Excellent stay

Liked: Central location. Comfy beds. Complimentary water and decent breakfast(not complimentary). Room had ironing facilities, mini bar and hair dryer. Daily Cleaning of rooms. Would definitely visit again. Very close to Arndale shopping centre, Shudehill interchange bus stop, tram stop and Victoria train station (all within walkable distance)
Disliked: Food at the restaurant was pricier. Gym facilities not great.

Liked: This hotel exceeded my expectation It was very clean and comfortable. Very family friendly, I took both and I could tell they were comfortable and happy. I was very impressed with the breakfast and the staff who made sure to always be helpful and understanding.
Disliked: Unfortunately, I was not aware of certain things missing in the room till I was checking out. But if I had said something before then I know the hotel would have changed the room.

Excellent family stay in perfect...

Liked: We got a good price for a family room. I liked that we had 2 double beds instead of the 3rd bed being a fold out sofa. 2 double beds were MUCH better. I liked that there was a seperate bath and shower, plus vegan products. We enjoyed the breakfast and felt there was enough variety. The location was excellent and I hadn't realised we would be that close to the centre. The parking discount was great and it was very close to the hotel. The BEST about the hotel was the comfy bed! The mattress was amazing and we slept really well.
Disliked: Some shared areas could do with freshening up with paint, such as the corridors. The main parts of the hotel were fine though.
