We enjoyed our stay. The staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. We loved the breakfast. There was plenty of choice and the hot food was well cooked.

Liked: The staff, the food and the comfortable room.
Disliked: It was a little dark for us. A brighter light would be good.

Great Stay

Liked: Great hotel in excellent location to shops and, restaurants. Staff friendly. Rooms comfortable, clean and a good size. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. Parking nearby was ideal and easy to book. Would definitely stay again.
Disliked: Nothing.

A very comfortable hotel with...

Liked: The staff were lovely and made the stay. The room was very comfortable.Inside the hotel there is nothing to critisise at all about the room,the bar or the breakfast areas.The bathroom was great.It had been our anniversary and we were greeted with 2 bottles of pomagne and a card.I thought this was a really thoughtful touch.
Disliked: The steps up to the entrance are extremely off putting.They are dirty and does not match what you expect of a hotel with this rating.It actually put me off before i had gone into the hotel as there were pieces of chewing gum stuck to some of the steps .This together with the fact that they were so dirty was very dissapointing.The foyer was also quite functional looking and added to the sense of dissapointment.

Liked: We booked a club room and enjoyed the complimentary drinks, snacks and canopies plus complimentary continental breakfast. Nice room which was quiet and comfy.
Disliked: All was fine.
