We enjoyed our stay. The staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. We loved the breakfast. There was plenty of choice and the hot food was well cooked.

Disliked: It was a little dark for us. A brighter light would be good.

Great location, pretty rooms, take...

Liked: The property’s location was incredible, we were a short walk from everything which was fantastic as we were able to reach different parts of the city within a short walk. The property itself was beautiful inside and out and the staff were wonderful, nothing was too much trouble for them. The rooms were spacious and well laid out and had good facilities.
Disliked: The toilet in our room didn’t flush properly and the bathroom wasn’t the cleanest, which for £200+ a night you just expect that little bit more. It was also very noisy, the walls between rooms are paper thin and it’s situated on a very noisy street, which isn’t the hotels fault but bare that in mind if you’re a light sleeper. We didn’t sleep well at all, due to the noise outside and the bed wasn’t that comfy.
