Ideal location pre or post...

Liked: Ideal location within walking distance from terminal ! Manchester airport. No problem with late check in, plus provided with toothbrush/paste as our case was delayed. Comfortable bed, excellent shower, very good breakfast selection.
Disliked: Our room was cold, we couldn't get any heat out of the AC/heater.

I wouldn’t have booked if...

Liked: The entrance to the hotel is welcoming and modern. The staff were very friendly and accommodating given the late arrival time.
Disliked: My room smelt like someone had been smoking weed in it. The bed sheets had strange black marks on them and the room facilities like shower area and cups etc had dirt marks on them.

Very enjoyable and pleasant start...

Liked: Have stayed at this hotel several times and was very impressed to see the recent refurb. It’s very modern, stylish and in a perfect location for an early morning flight. Very good restaurant, and lovely staff.
Disliked: Not a major complaint but we didn’t get the early morning call which we had requested.

Lovely hotel spoilt by the...

Liked: Very comfy bed; very quiet yet adjacent to airport; helpful and friendly staff.
Disliked: Why of why have they not taken the opportunity to get rid of the baths and install walk in showers when they refitted. The bathroom is no bigger than Premier and Travelodge although does look flashier. However the room we had was a very high sided bath which I struggled to access and I am tall. The surround to the small wash basin was crammed with large soap, hand cream, tissue box, glasses and other items. Very badly thought out!
