Liked: Staff were very helpful, friendly, and welcoming. Room was spacious and had everything we needed. Very clean, bed really comfy. An excellent stay. Would definitely recommend it

Convenient stay at Airport Hotel

Liked: Did not have the breakfast ( it wasn’t included and it was too early anyway as we had to leave at 5:30amOne of the reception people was very helpful (Nicu)
Disliked: I booked a room “ standard king” When we got to the room it was a Queen bed. The female receptionist insisted it was t the bed that was a king but the room. I did it agree with this answer and it was only after speaking with Nicu he changed us from the room to the room with a king. I was t happy with being told that the first room I was given was what I had paid for. Now another thing which I can’t confirm is that I thought the shuttle was free… I was told one had to pay. I couldn’t find anything in my booking that said this one way or another. We walked to Terminal 1 anyway it only took 7 minutes.

Overall a pleasant stay.

Liked: Clean, spacious room and bathroom. Well soundproofed windows in the room.Comfortable, spacious bed. Quiet corridors. Cold water machine in the corridor was a good touch. Good breakfast with plenty of choice, served from very early to quite late. Friendly staff in all areas.
Disliked: Checked out in the morning to spend time in the city before travelling onwards. Returned in the afternoon to collect our car, and was disappointed to be told there was no possibility of the use of a shower before our onward journey.

Excellent staff, excellent bar and...

Liked: I felt that overall the staff were excellent, particularly the morning manager who managed to help myself and my ageing father substantially. The bar and restaurant were also excellent for an airport hotel.
Disliked: Unfortunately we were initially allocated a room with a double bed despite my booking specifying a twin room. A double bed is problematic to share with my ageing father. We were then re-allocated a twin room, but it would be fair to say this was due a degree of refurbishment and the mattress was past its best.
