Will not use the hotel...

Liked: Having lived in same street knew position very well .Hotel fronts the canal bridge over leads to Maastricht .Very good position .
Disliked: Had to move rooms first night , toilet didn’t flush , staff not available to fix .Housekeeping very poor . Fridge shelves dirty , bed sheets never changed , duvet just straightened on unmade bed . Furniture dusty.Rooms cold no heating except bathroom .

Nice hotel downtown Maastricht, not...

Liked: Perfect location, walking distance to most of Maastricht's attractions. Parking on site. Staff was nice. We appreciated the really large double beds. We were a family of 3 (2 adults and one child) and we had enough space to sleep comfortably with all of us.
Disliked: Sorry to say but on-site breakfast is overpriced. Because of weather and travel arrangements the last day we've been forced to have breakfast at the hotel and we have been charged 88 Euro for 2 adults and one child. We paid less for dinner the evening before. Also the facility looks a bit outdated with visible wear and tear here and there. For the class of hotel I would expect better.

One of the best hotels...

Liked: I loved the beds, they were so comfortable we slept amazing. I loved the fact that they had a coffee station and water bottles. The staff was fantastic, they managed to give us a room although we were there a bit earlier than the check in hour mentioned for us. I want to thank the staff for a great communication with us. It was an amazing stay.
Disliked: Everything was perfect
