Very clean and no hassles. Very easy to check in and a great bar.

Disliked: Nothing.

Stayed at hotel as it was within walking distance to the event.

Liked: Attention to each customer as an individual. Room was exceptionally clean.

I had a great stay at the hotel. Everything was in top order; the room was excellent and you couldn't ask for better beds. Overall, everthing was just excellent. Checking in and checking out was also fast and easy. Just great.

Invoice issue

Disliked: Did not get the invoice or even just a bill . The lady @ reception said that Booking must send me the invoice , as I paid directly via Booking . Finally difficulties to get reimbursement of mu business trip expenses .

Welcoming, comfortable, and clean!

Liked: Crowne doesn’t disappoint. It’s very very clean, the rooms are nice and spacious, and the fridge is a plus. The staff is very professional and pleasant. The hotel overall is very nice. Bummed their pool wasn’t open. I love that they have an airport shuttle also. You could order a ride, but the shuttle was so easy, complimentary, and convenient!!!! The gentleman who took me to the airport was so kind. I also really well and loved watching the plans take off.

Liked: Overall the stay at the property was good. Rooms were clean and spacious. We stayed there for my daughter’s competition. I loved that they provided shuttle service to and from the Convention center. The only drawback for us was the buffet service. For the price we paid the options were very limited.

Close to venue but not...

Liked: Our hotel was the perfect location for the event we had all weekend at the Expo Center, however our room was only decent. There was an old refrigerator in our room that did not work at all, not sure why it was left in there. Then under our window where the balcony and air conditioning was the floor was completely soaked in water. I have no idea what that was about. To top it off.. the complimentary breakfast was 0/10. I hate to say it because I truly had high hopes for the breakfast because of it being in Al’s Table and it looked very nice but the food itself was something I would never eat again. Overall it was the best place to be close to our venue but I wouldn’t plan a luxurious get away or anything and plan to stay here. Very nice staff and very helpful when needed but just a bit older inside the rooms.
