Liked: The bed and the view.
Disliked: When we checked in there were two people at the desk but every person had an issue. We did as well due to us booking online with booking.com. When we spoke to a person from the call center for the hotel on the phone to see if we could do an early check in she told us she could not pull up our reservation by our name. She NEEDED our reservation number but we only had the reservation number from booking.com. She was so rude my sister had to take over the phone call because she was just not helpful at all. When we finally got check in we noticed there was only wash cloths in the bathroom. We decided to order some dinner from the hotel restaurant the First Lady greeted us then asked us to hold on to take a phone call on her personal phone. Then after a few mins another lady came and she was super sweet and made up for the other lady. While we were waiting for our food we went to go get towels and there was only one person at the front desk that was helpful but you could tell he was stressed out. ( man of Asian descent) While we waited to get towels multiple people were complaining about their rooms or check in process. When we asked for towels he told us that he would see what he could give us?!?! Also there were no cups in the room for coffee. He did have enough towels to give us some thank goodness. When we went to go look at the shop for a toothbrush it was so hot I couldn’t even stand to look at the almost $8 toothbrush. Also when we went to put our delicious food from the hotel restaurant in the fridge it wasn’t plug up. Then when we went to make coffee there was no outlet near the coffee pot that could be reached. So we had to rearrange stuff to make coffee. The only thing I enjoyed about the room was the bed. I was disappointed with the tape holding the carpet together and our shower head would not stand up properly to wash your body so we had to take it down because the knob would not allow us to turn that head off. Great location but would not stay here again.
