Disliked: Extremely Disappointed — Privacy Violated Despite Do Not Disturb SignI’m incredibly disappointed with my recent stay at Crowne Plaza Hotel. While I was in the shower, a hotel staff member entered my room despite the Do Not Disturb sign being clearly displayed on the door.This was not only a serious violation of my privacy, but also left me feeling extremely uncomfortable and unsafe in what should have been a secure, private space.When you stay at a hotel, especially one that promotes comfort and hospitality, you expect the staff to respect basic boundaries—a DND sign should mean exactly what it says.I reported the issue to management and am still awaiting a clear explanation and resolution. I sincerely hope the hotel takes this seriously and implements proper training and protocols to prevent this from happening to other guests.Until then, I cannot recommend staying here. No guest should ever have to worry about someone walking into their room unannounced—especially while vulnerable.

Liked: The bed was comfortable and close to the Royal Caribbean ship
Disliked: We had two reservations one for before the cruise. One for after. Took us an hour to check in the first time because they lost our reservation and I had to do the leg work with booking.com to get it fixed. Checking out the breakfast is gross. I'm glad we did not pay for it.Our return trip was absolutely awful! We had to wait in the lobby for 3 hours before we got our room, even with an early check-in. The worst part was, One of the housekeepers did not knock on the door and walked in while my wife was naked! They had no reason to be in there. They were not bringing us anything! We have absolutely no idea why they were there. Completely unacceptable! Absolutely angry! We will never stay here again! And we recommend nobody else does either. If you're going to stay for the cruise ship, I recommend staying in Long Beach!
