Horrible bed

Liked: Breakfast buffet was not worth the money
Disliked: The food. They served the same food or better at other hotels that has complimentary breakfast

Disappointing

Liked: The lobby was beautiful along with the location
Disliked: The rooms were old and outdated, the furniture was old, the carpet was old, the wallpaper, and the patching that was done to cover problem areas were not good at all. The bathroom was not great

Liked: Chef surprised us. Give a raise or risk losing.

Convenient hotel for Cruise Terminals

Liked: The staff was very helpful and I received a free upgrade. The hotel offers a shuttle to the San Pedro Cruise Terminal for a small fee. Good location for walking, lots of restaurants and points of interest within walking distance. In the hotel restaurant, I loved the greek yogurt with fruit breakfast bowl, I don't often come across greek yogurt as the base in general so this was a pleasant surprise.
Disliked: There was some type of leak in my room, one section of the carpet was wet. May have been condensation from the refrigerator or from the AC unit. Not a big issue for me as I was only there overnight but I would've requested a different room had my stay been longer.

Liked: The staff was amazing. They were helpful and truly were the reason why our stay was nice. There are a lot of places to visit within walking distance so it is in a good spot.
