1 night business trip

Liked: Right by the river. Reception friendly. Modern bathroom and comfy hed.
Disliked: No complimentary or drinks to buy in the room

Nice, i can prefer next...

Liked: Breakfast was good and enough. But they may make variety. Beds were comfortable.
Disliked: There were dirty tray and dishes, foods on the corridor/floor at all time.

Lovely room but issues need...

Liked: Beautiful room fantastic view with little balcony overlooking the Thames
Disliked: Carpet in room was wet obviously a spillage from previous guest and wardrobe cracked. It clearly states on booking.com that parking is free onsite but on arrival I found it actually costs £10 to park which is just annoying and misleading, also a very strange smell in the corridors

Great front desk customer service...

Liked: The reception staff was very helpful. Receptionist John kindly lent me his a phone charger which I was really grateful for. The gym was nice. Amazing bathroom in the room. Good air conditioning.
Disliked: Breakfast not free.
