Disliked: QR codes on TV didn’t link to menus or dining options. I therefore couldn’t order room service during my stay which is the main reason I booked the hotel.I also went out for the day to have surgery, I left my room at 6.30am and returned at 5pm.Despite leaving the card on the door for my room to be made up, it hadn’t been done during the time I had been out for which was disappointing.

Disliked: There were noisy neighbours, but the staff were accommodating and allowed us to change rooms.There are 2 lifts, and one of them is always under repair. (We've stayed there twice before)
