Must provide better value for...

Liked: Public areas generally clean and welcoming. Accessible room with walk in shower. Air conditioning and free parking. Very polite staff throughout the hotel.
Disliked: View out of the window was rubbish bins and building skips.1.2 mile walk to Kingston and all it's shops and restaurants. Limited blue badge parking close to the entrance or parking at the rear of the hotel which is basically an industrial estate and didn't seem very secure. Walk in shower curtains too short making the floor soaking throughout the toilet.Housekeeping hit and miss when replenishing coffee and milk etc. All glass surfaces covered in dust likely due to ongoing refurbishment work.Loose wiring and mains cables joined by terminal strip on the top of the cupboards and the fitted empty fridge .Not even a complementary bottle of water, gets so hot as there is no ventilation for it.Food in restaurant really expensive for everyday meals like Lasagne etc. Breakfast not great, overcooked scrambled egg and bacon. Fried eggs need to be requested and no fresh fruit salad only melon or tinned peaches. There is nothing at this hotel to warrant basically double the cost per night of a typical Premier Inn for example apart from it's Kingston postcode.
