Very nice hotel

Liked: Liked the fact that there was a restaurant on site.We had dinner in the hotel on both evenings and it was very good.Breakfast was very good and very well organised even though its a very busy hotel.Room was comfortable ,shower seat was a bonus.Room service was also a great service. Luggage storage service was really helpful .
Disliked: I didn't like that you have to go to the basement from the bar to go to the toilet.A toilet on the ground floor would have been better .I think an info leaflet about local transport options like buses and tube options would've been helpful as I had never been to London and it took me a few days to realise where things were and how to get to them easily.For example a guide with what buses stop near tge hotel and where do they go and what tube station do I need to get to to take me to the main tourist attractions and how to combine different types of transport services. We relied on ubers as we did not know what to use .

Central location & a comfortable...

Liked: Very good stay staff were welcoming, check-in smooth, and the room clean and comfortable. Great location for King’s Cross and St Pancras. Breakfast was fine. Would stay again.
Disliked: the aircon was unresponsive at times

Liked: It was my daughters 9th birthday and the staff was very kind to decorate the room accordingly upon our arrival! Breakfast was nice and well managed. The staff was helpful and polite. Location is convenient as it is a 15min walk from King's Cross or alternatively 2mins from bus stops towards King's Cross or Victoria.
