Overpriced and shabby hotel. Avoid

Liked: Not a lot, overpriced and shabby
Disliked: Shabby, dated room which was not clean. Air conditioning very poor. Staff not very helpful

Liked: The staff, they were doing all they could to help and support despite the fact that hotel was fully booked.It is organized.
Disliked: The rooms we got were quite small. 2 big beds to sleep 3 people in 16sqm. And the price is quite high for a hotel at this level.The rooms are dated, you can see stains everywhere from the walls, to the dirty carpet and in the bathroom area.The beds are not that comfortable.The breakfast didn't include any vegetable section. There were a very few number of fruits. And it was all the same every day.The location is not the best, it's not close to any underground station, you need to take the bus or taxi to get there.The hotel can get very crowded in all areas, also during breakfast time, in elevators etc. Parking is seriously overpriced. 32 GBPs per 24hrs. Although I believe London is generally overpriced.

Bog standard, not worth the...

Liked: Location was ok , close to King’s Cross.
Disliked: Nearly £400 for 2 nights for 2 people and breakfast wasn’t included. The room was big standard. There was a bed bug visible on the quilt still alive. There wasn’t enough tea and coffee / milk. Only 2 milk sachets and 2 coffee. Plug socket didn’t work near the kettle

Disliked: The room was a bit small for 3, the sofa bed was not very comfy.
