Liked: The location was quite.
Disliked: We find the location is far from the train station. Room was just fine. They need to refurnish the toilets. The front staff was not helpful when our payment was not going thru. Told us to sort it out. We were paying by credit card. We have to call Malaysia, our bank and the bank inform us that the hotel cannot waive the card, but have to insert to the machine, since it involve overseas transaction When we inform the staff about it, she was like ohhh we never had this problem. Once she inserted the card, then the payment went thru.

Good location and fair value...

Liked: Good location and fair amount of space for a young family of 4 in one room.
Disliked: No ventilation in bathroom. More items on dinner menu would be beneficial
