great spot after a long...

Liked: location. We were only in london for 1 night and then flew out again the next morning. Staying here is so much easier than trying to negotiate the tube with all the luggage..
Disliked: nothing. it was agreat spot.

Nice place once you know...

Liked: Convenient for next day Terminal 4 flight
Disliked: Needs better signage in airport and to the property. We took train to get there. Took almost one hr!! Should have taken bus which was alot faster and closer to hotel entry.Receptionust did not tell us about elevators mandatory use of roomkey. Receptionist did not tell use about mandatory roomkey in room slot for lights. Walkin shower's floor was slippery. Need rubber floor pad inside shower
