Great stay, great staff!

Liked: Near to Heathrow which was the point, and also not far from Elizabeth Line which gets you to center of London in 30 mins. The staff were super friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: Food places opened later, but there are options in T4.

Good location for what l...

Liked: Arrived at 2pm and was able to check in quick and easy, been travelling for 6 hours so great l did not have to wait till 3pm. Room just what l needed, to rest before next flight, very quiet which was good being so close to airport. Easy to find from airport and because l left at 3.30am easy to get to airport for check in.Just one issue, when l got into shower the body wash was empty,
