Very nice hotel, great location,...

Liked: I had a very nice spacious comfortable room, everything was immaculately clean, the hotel seemed busy but no waiting around for lifts. The staff were very helpful and professional.
Disliked: Thought the breakfast was average, probably because I went for full English and although I was early in the morning 0630hrs the food tends to get over cooked by the heaters, which is common at buffet breakfasts.

Would defo recommend

Liked: Great hot chocolate. Comfortable room, great location.
Disliked: Although much later than check in time, there wasn't a room ready. Gave us a drinks voucher while waited and had great hot chocolate. When room was ready it was a double bed when needed two singles. Initially told they were fully booked and couldn't provide single beds, but eventually did, which meant we probably had not needed to wait for the other room to be made up.

Disliked: Our fridge and aircon were not working. Quite a noisy (traffic) location.
