Disliked: Room was too small and the shower area, which in my view is dangerous as movement becomes risky The staff weren’t not friendly

A welcoming, comfortable, and convenient...

Liked: We had an early flight so just needed somewhere familiar and near the airport where we could arrive late, get some food, get a good night's sleep, and head out early. The hotel was perfect for all of these tasks. As we drove to the hotel and needed to drop our car off at the meet and greet airport parking it was important that the hotel had parking spaces and while I was a bit worried (since they said they couldn't guarantee it) in the end there was a huge amount of parking available.

Liked: Short overnight stay close to Gatwick airport to avoid any traffic issues. Check-in staff were lovely! Easy parking and to find the hotel. Bar area is nice and rooms quiet at the rear of the hotel. Could not try breakfast as we left too early.
