All worked out in the...

Liked: Great hot chocolate. Comfortable room, great location.
Disliked: Although much later than check in time, there wasn't a room ready. Gave us a drinks voucher while waited and had great hot chocolate. When room was ready it was a double bed when needed two singles. Initially told they were fully booked and couldn't provide single beds, but eventually did, which meant we probably had not needed to wait for the other room to be made up.

Liked: Very clean. Super staff. Lovely breakfast. Convenient location.
Disliked: Our fridge and aircon were not working. Quite a noisy (traffic) location.

Liked: Nice restaurant, lovely staff at check in. Room was clean and bed was comfy.
Disliked: The air conditioning in our room didn’t work which meant we did not have a good sleep as it was far too hot in the room. We mentioned this upon check out and the receptionist did not offer any compensation.

Liked: Central to Crawley where I needed to be.Room was good size, comfortable bed. Food and drinks quite pricey.
