Liked: Customer service was exceptional.

Liked: The whole experience was made to feel extremely luxurious because the staff were all exceptional they made us feel so comfortable and relaxed

Honestly really good for value...

Liked: Really liked how comfy the bed was and how friendly all the staff are smiles all around
Disliked: There wasnt much I didn't like , everything was good

Quick overnight stopover.

Liked: This was a quick stopover prior to our flight to Cyprus for our summer holiday. The bathroom was sufficient for our purposes, and there was adequate space for our luggage. We both enjoyed our breakfasts prior to our departure and were provided with takeout coffees during the wait for our taxi to the airport for our outbound journey.
Disliked: The room was far too hot, as was the duvet. At home our bedroom is quite cool to aid sleep, and I can choose my pillow at night, depending on how my back is - I have Osteoporosis in my spine.

Restful, quiet and food was...

Liked: Reception were exceptionally helpful,, my room wasnt ready ( I arrived early) but they found me in the bar area once it was.
Disliked: Took a little while to be served when I arrived at the bar area

Liked: In room was cafe, tea, milk, small chocolate, 2 bottle of water, kettle, fridge.
Disliked: I think this would match 3 star hotels. Overall feeling is not a 4 star.First We got a room which did not match with the picture on booking.com - small old school room, but when We asked reception they changed it to their renovated room which was shown on the picture. We got room 707 and every time our neighbour flushed the toilett there was a noisy whistling sound which was abit disturbing during night.Wall mounted separate air condition not a central cooling or heating system which has pro & contra.Breakfast did not match our expectations comparing to other European 4 star hotels, even Cafe from machines was not good, buns and bread (only toast) choice was terrible and buns were not too fresh. But if you only want English breakfast, it will maybe good for you. At the breakfast area there were dirty spots on the chairs I had a bad feeling sitting down & there was carpet on the floor which is not acceptable at breakfast area.
