Liked: big rooms. very clean. by lots of food options and 10 mins away from gatwick airport. very comfy beds.
Disliked: paying for parking on site.

Great location but not much...

Liked: The location was good as we used the hotel for accommodation prior to an early morning flight from Gatwick.
Disliked: Staff were just about adequate but no more. The restaurant / bar (the actual bar was closed) was understaffed and obviously unsupervised. Service was slow. Tables were cleared very noisily and I think behind the bar they were throwing empty bottles into a bin from a great distance. It was not a relaxed atmosphere at all.

Fabulous stay

Liked: Staff were polite and friendly. Gorgeous room, lots of space and comfortable. Club lounge was excellent.
Disliked: £12 a night to park on top of what you pay for the room is a scandal and would make me think twice about booking again which is a shame

Liked: The hotel and the room was spotless, the staff were lovely and I even had an upgrade on my room! Very pleased with my stay and will definitely be returning

Great for stopover to airport

Liked: Hotel was as expected for a chain hotel. Staff were all polite and professional, breakfast was good. Sounded like bins being emptied outside early in the morning
