Liked: Helpful and Polite staff, excellent location, a little more expensive but worth the money as the service was excellent.
Disliked: The breakfast room is large, however, the actual food layout is quite cramped which made it difficult to see what was on offer at the buffet when it was full as it was on our first morning.

Liked: The restaurant is absolutely delicious, probably one of the nicest meals I’ve ever had. The staff go above and beyond to help make your stay memorable. I brought my mum for a birthday surprise and Vivien went out of her way to make our stay even better than we planned. Her customer service skills are second to none! We were surprised with an upgrade to a superior room with two double beds overlooking the docklands with a beautiful view.
Disliked: That you had to pay for parking

Ok location. Cable cars handy...

Liked: Clean rooms, breakfast was exceptional.
Disliked: Parking limited and expensive. Even tho I booked a family room (3 of us) had to pay extra for my sons breakfast.
