Liked: Warm & clean room, breakfast was good especially with the assistance of the kitchen staff for my requests
Disliked: The pool and jacuzzi were very cold, good steam room. Changing rooms clean & tidy

Amazing would definitely be back

Liked: Very clean and tidy. Fatima gave us the best customer service and really made our night fantastic she really went the extra mile
Disliked: The pool was broken and far to cold to use

Liked: Location for me was good and near the tube station. Rooms are good. Breakfast was good but there was no variation.
Disliked: Breakfast was good but there was no variation. it was same items everyday. They should change the menu everyday except for eggs and Breads.
